Wedding
A wedding at Aamanns is always shaped around you and your celebration of love — so it feels right, personal and true to you.
At Aamanns Køkken on Refshaleøen, raw industrial surroundings meet beautiful design and a relaxed atmosphere. We are located right by the water, so you can arrive by boat, welcome your guests on the terrace and gather around long tables with a view of the open kitchen.
There is also room for a dance floor and bar, a DJ — if you wish — and perhaps a Myselfie camera to capture the memories.
You only have to plan one wedding. We have planned many. That is why we guide you all the way — so you can relax and enjoy your day.
Confirmation
Are you planning a confirmation, nonfirmation or just-because celebration?
At Aamanns, we help you create a day that feels both festive and relaxed. We take care of great food and drinks, with plenty of room for being together — and for a generous gift table.
Some want a classic celebration. Others prefer something more informal. Whatever you choose, our event team will help you find the right setting and atmosphere.
Christening
Is it time for a christening or a naming celebration?
On Refshaleøen, Aamanns Køkken sets the scene for a day with air, light and calm — close to the water, but not too close, and with room for both the small and the big moments.
We take care of the food, drinks and practical details, so you can be present with your guests.
There is room for prams, speeches and long conversations — indoors and out on the terrace — and for letting the day take the shape that feels right for you.
For smaller gatherings, we also welcome you at our restaurants: Replik, 1921 and Genbo.
Party
Are you planning a party in freer surroundings?
On Refshaleøen, Aamanns Køkken offers private events with plenty of space — both for your guests and for letting the evening unfold naturally.
The ceilings are high, the water is close by, and there is a wonderful terrace where the day can begin and continue. There are no neighbours or sudden closing times to bring the atmosphere to an end.
We take care of the food, drinks and practical details, so you can focus on the party.
And yes — the water is only a few steps away, should anyone feel like going for a dip.

At Aamanns, we can host gatherings of any size — for both lunch and dinner. We help put together the setting, menu and drinks, so everything fits your occasion.
For larger groups, Aamanns Køkken on Refshaleøen offers an open and flexible venue with room for 40–200 guests. There is plenty of space for celebrations, dinners and events that call for a little extra.
For smaller gatherings, we also welcome you at our restaurants: Replik, 1921 and Genbo.
Reception
At Aamanns Køkken on Refshaleøen, we host receptions in a relaxed and informal atmosphere — close to the water and with plenty of space to gather.
Our venue can accommodate 40–200 guests, with high ceilings, a lovely sunny terrace and the option of both standing service and lighter servings.
Whether it is a celebration or simply a good reason to bring family and friends together, we help you create a day that feels easy and welcoming.
Corporate party
At Aamanns Køkken on Refshaleøen, we host corporate parties for 40–200 guests. Here, you get plenty of space, high ceilings, a wonderful terrace with evening sun and a unique location right by the water. There are good parking options and bus connections just a few minutes’ walk from the door.
For groups of 200–400 guests, we can, in collaboration with The Royal Danish Theatre, welcome you to Skuespilhuset instead. Here, we can arrange tailor-made parties with spectacular views of Copenhagen Harbour and a central location close to the metro.
We tailor the menu and setup to your wishes — and take care of the rest.
Christmas Party
At Aamanns, we love Christmas — and we take the Christmas party seriously.
At Aamanns Køkken on Refshaleøen, we can host up to 200 guests, with plenty of room for both long tables and a dance floor.
If your guest list is larger than that, we also offer larger events in collaboration with The Royal Danish Theatre in the foyer of Skuespilhuset, with room for 200–400 guests and a unique location overlooking Copenhagen Harbour.
Wherever you end up, we can accommodate everything from a generous Christmas menu and all the drinks your Christmas heart could desire to a DJ or live band — and a Christmas tree all the way to the floor.
Together, we create the Christmas party of the year.
Reception
Would you like to host a reception with harbour views?
With its open space and large windows, the foyer at Skuespilhuset is perfectly suited for receptions with anywhere from 50 to 700 guests, with access to both a balcony and terrace.
Aamanns Replik serves snacks, mini smørrebrød or canapés, and the bar offers wine, bubbles and other drinks according to your wishes.
If you would rather host your reception in more peaceful surroundings, we can also offer our venue at Aamanns Køkken on Refshaleøen, on the other side of the harbour. Here, there is room for 40–200 guests.
Meetings & conferences
In collaboration with The Royal Danish Theatre, Aamanns offers meeting and conference facilities at Skuespilhuset — with views of Copenhagen Harbour.
Here, you will find two smaller meeting rooms for 10–32 participants, with AV equipment and Wi-Fi. Lunch is served at Aamanns Replik, and there is the option to step out into the foyer during the day.
For 40–100 participants, meetings can be held in the large foyer, which can be arranged according to your needs — for example in theatre seating or around small round tables.
For larger conferences of 100–650 participants, all or parts of the foyer, as well as the stages, can be used. The setting is tailored to support everything from talks and presentations to larger events.
Lunch and dinner
At Aamanns, we host gatherings of any size for both lunch and dinner.
If your guest list is somewhere between 40–200 guests, Aamanns Køkken on Refshaleøen offers an open and flexible venue with plenty of space for both celebrations and dinners.
If you are more guests than that, we can welcome you to the foyer at Skuespilhuset, with room for 200–400 guests, views of the harbour and the option of larger setups.
For more intimate gatherings, we also offer the balcony foyer at The Old Stage on Kongens Nytorv — an exclusive setting with beautiful views and room for up to 70 guests at round tables.
In addition, we arrange gatherings at our restaurants — Replik, 1921 and Genbo — which can be hired fully or partially.
