Aamanns reserves the right to use all collected data for statistical purposes. If data is used for this purpose, Aamanns ensures that the data is anonymised and that it is therefore no longer identifiable, meaning that it can no longer be considered personal data.

Your data is stored in our systems for 5 years, after which it is deleted.

Aamanns occasionally takes photos and videos at our various locations and in connection with events. You may therefore appear in photos and videos if you attend our special events. However, if photos or videos are taken at any of our locations, you will always be asked to consent to the use of the photos and videos in a separate document.

We use video surveillance at the entrances to our locations solely for security reasons. The purpose of the surveillance is to prevent and respond to incidents such as break-ins, theft, or other security threats.

The surveillance is not intended to register or monitor our guests, but persons entering or leaving the restaurant may be recorded by the cameras.

Recordings are stored for a limited period of no more than 30 days and are only shared with relevant authorities in the event of a security incident.

We comply with applicable data protection regulations and ensure that all recordings are treated confidentially and with respect for privacy.

When signing up for our newsletter, we ask for your consent to process your name and email address. The information is not used for any purpose other than sending our newsletters.

Aamanns uses the third-party email system “Mailchimp” as a data processor for sending our newsletters. This third party only has access to personal data in order to perform the task on our behalf and is obligated not to disclose the information or use it for any other purposes.

We process your personal data in connection with sending newsletters until you actively withdraw your consent to receive them.

We collect personal data, including name, email address, and telephone number, via online platforms such as Google, YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram in connection with our marketing activities, including through the use of lead generation forms, such as Facebook Lead Ads.

The information we collect is used solely to contact you regarding the products and services you have shown interest in. This may be done by email, telephone call, or another relevant form of communication.

Your information will be stored securely and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, unless required by law.

If you choose to participate in a user survey from Aamanns, we ask for your consent to process certain personal data that is relevant to Aamanns in connection with the survey. You will always be informed before we collect your data.

The information is not used for any other purposes and is always anonymised after analysis of the specific survey. In some cases, Aamanns may use third parties as data processors in connection with the collection of information for user surveys. Data processors will only have access to personal data in order to perform tasks on our behalf, and they are obligated not to disclose the information or use it for any other purposes.

Aamanns is at all times obligated to inform you of the personal data we have stored about you, if you request it. You have the right to access this information, and if the stored data is incorrect, you have the right to have it corrected. In addition, you have the right to object to the processing of your data, and to withdraw your consent at any time.

If you withdraw your consent, we will stop processing your data, unless we are obligated to retain it in order to comply with legal requirements or to respond to an enquiry from you. Please note that withdrawing your consent may affect your ability to use some of the services we offer. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of any processing carried out before the consent was withdrawn.
