Instructions
1. Place the pickles (see our recipe) in a sieve and stir to drain off any excess brine.
2. Finely chop the pickles from the sieve on a chopping board with a knife, or pulse them briefly in a food processor.
3. Mix the pickles and mayonnaise (see our recipe) together.
4. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Tip: you can add a little freshly chopped dill or chives
